Hey Moe! Long time no see wave.gif Yeah you're welcome to hang out here as much as you want.

Still a lot of winter left in good ol Finland. It's been a fantastic day though, right above freezing, sunny with clear blue skies and fresh white snow. beercheer.gif

You can discuss any of that here. Dystopian resistance has a lot of off the grid kind of stuff too. I want to to post over there, but I lost my password and cannot get it back.

I cut the scrapes off and we use them in sautés, or salads. By doing this I get maximum bulb growth. I braid and hang the Garlic and use it throughout the year, I have about 25 bulbs left over from last season. Not enough to last until August, (no, not him, the month), but when we run out I have an organic store 5 minutes away. That's where I've been getting my potatoes for planting too.

There's plenty of room for all God's creatures. Right next to the mashed potatoes!

Yeah. Into hashbrowns even.

Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor

yep!
we do the braids too. we are pretty hefty canners here. our root cellar is small and no pantry in the cabin. so we usually put a while bunch into the canner.
mostly things like Taters and other roots will be fine in the cellar, but having the dry cool storage is tough.
we usually just have shït hanging all over the place during the fall/winter.
our growing season here is not great, and it is cold for too many months.
