I feel your pain. :whew:
I could probably sleep for a week!
gooooood I long for a day in bed with NOTHING to do, no kids, no work and
NO hangover. I doubt that day will ever come... chuckle.gif

Christmas is always great but it's even greater when it's over.

Now I just have to get true the winter-spring melancolia that always
seems to hit me before spring really kicks in..

whisper.gif it could be the lack of sunshine.

It was quite the adjustment, but the people are great.

Yeah I'm a bit tired. Still so much food panic.gif

We're not going anywhere on new years eve, the puppy is scared shitless of fireworks so we'll just let him watch loud war movies and listen to death metal.

I totally feel you. I had a really stressful Xmas after going home to the family. There was plenty of festive cheer but also plenty of arguments. I'm back in London now and on New Years Eve I will be lighting a candle, an incense stick and listening to some sixties tunes like Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Led Zep etc. Going out in London on New Years Eve is just too much for me. For some people they like to get completely smashed, throw up, fall asleep in a bus shelter or on a park bench and wake up to find a crack addict has robbed them of everything including their shoes and socks. That is an extreme but I'm sure for some it will be the case.

I can see by your coat my friend you're from the other side. Just one thing I got to know. Who won?

Speaking of Zep, haven't heard from Robert since last Christmas, all I know is he's busy as a one armed man in a rowboat.
I miss him hanging around with us mere mortals. chuckle.gif

Actually I felt quite euphoric tonight. I gave my parents a pack of wooden 3D brain puzzles. I solved this one:

İmage

Nobody else did...

I deserve so much credit and beer. Give me it!

No, you sent me a card? Sweet. I'll check the mail, I don't usually, only ever just bills and fliers in there. Nothing I care to open lol. But mail to look forward to is yay.gif

Yeah we're getting snow, maybe 4" today and wind right from the N building up a windrift at the back door. It blows right off the shop roof and collects in piles. I shoveled it a few hours ago and it's back.

Puzzles eh? I know what to send JR for his birthday for you to solve chuckle.gif I haven't the tenacity to solve them.
