I eat two organic eggs for breakfast every morning. Have been for the last year. I don't eat fast food or junk food and am really health conscious about what i eat. My friend just blasted me for eating two eggs a day. Is it bad? I don't think so.

Nope, 2 organic eggs each day is excellent.

A lot of people think eggs raise cholesterol, but they don't. Meanwhile they are almost a perfect food for humans.

I knew a man who has now moved away. He was 87. When he was a boy growing up on a farm, he a dozen free range eggs each day.

Pray for me. hug.gif

Eggs don't really raise cholesterol, and cholesterol only became an issue when big pharma stumbled on a way to do something about it.
I wouldn't worry, eat up.

It's bad only because it's not more than two eggs. 13.gif

Seriously, eggs are super food, so don't worry about it. Your friend is totally wrong.

Sure, Americans put cheese on everything, but I have actually put cheese on my eggs since before I became French. Not always though, I like my eggs plain too sometimes.

That depends on the cheese. I never buy cheese with any additives or crap. Good cheese has a lot of great things going on.

Supposedly, eating cheese (a small amount) with every meal will help combat belly fat.
