High fat intake seems to keep me slim.

A high fat intake is not a problem. It keeps you satiated for a long time and actually makes you eat less.

Even the MSM has finally started to address the fact that it's sugar, not fat, that is the biggest threat to our health and the main factor in the obesity epidemic.

Not sugar. People ate cane sugar for centuries with no issues of obesity .
It's high fructose corn syrup that's killing us,and they are covering it up .
Hfcs is in everything ,and American sh*t is absolutely exported to other countries now ,and the public is none the wiser.

Hfcs is alleged to be cheaper than regular sugar ,which is bull .
It's not sugar killing us at all ,its the crap they're forcing us to eat .

To boot hfcs is made from gmo corn . It's in everything. Ketchup ,candy, drinks ,condiments .
That woman ,I think in NZ ,who died of fatty liver from drinking coke ,and allegedly died from it.
No one has mentioned that NZ started importing American coke about three years before she died.
Her cause of death was fatty liver. She died from hfcs toxicity ,and no one is the wiser.

Whereever you live ,check labels to make sure it is sugar you're eating ,and not the silent hfcs killer
