Start adding organic* soy sauce to your food. As much as you can tolerate.

Bonus tip: 50 drops of organic soy sauce in water can reduce cancer pain when a person is wasting away. It also helps get rid of excess fluid.

*Non organic soy sauce is made from genetically modified soybeans. It's a disaster. Horrible, horrible stuff.

Pray for me. hug.gif

Good morning jb. Eating more and losing weight doesn't sound right, unless you are eating low calorie foods every day with a high calorie treat thrown in rarely, and you did say it took you all day to eat it. Were you active during the day?

we need to talk about my parathyroid disease..i am on sensipar and that drug is horrible to take ..makes me nauseous ..so they prescribed Zofran..i wonder if the weight loss is from that..also anything natural I could try? ..I eat good during the day..meats veggies fresh fruit..sometimes have a few cookies..protein drink called nupro ..sometimes blend up a smoothie and I have an occasional beer and my green tea chuckle.gif there has been a debate between doctors about removing my parathroids..my vitamin d is very low because of it but they said don't take vit d because it will raise my phospherous levels too high because of the kidney failure..i know when my parathyroids went south I developed kidney failure and then breast cancer..could the be an effect of low vit d..? I also run low on potassium and magnesium had to have iv's for that every few months
