ironically we cant have any pets. our apt charges a monthly fee of $450 dollars..that is on top of our rent. its almost like a discrimination against pet owners or something. the owner can do whatever he wants. he owns 2 dozen other properties-he is rich like gates almost

i see tenants who are being sneaky. we dont allow small dogs here. but new tenants are hiding them..noone has reported them. yorkshire terriers and chihuahuas and one bulldog

Do they still have that nasty wall to wall carpet in the US apts? Is that what the fee is for? I just can't see the justification.
