Two storms will merge quickly enough to produce a major snowstorm from the upper part of the mid-Atlantic to southern New England Thursday into Friday. A blizzard may evolve in parts of the Northeast.

The storm will affect more than 70 million people in the Midwest and the Northeast combined and could have a major negative impact on travel for people returning from holiday destinations, heading back to school or resuming business activities.

It will be far from the worst storm to ever hit the area, but people should be prepared for flight delays and cancellations because of direct and indirect impacts from the far-reaching storm.

You don't fool me. You are the one ordering these storms. You just like snow. You have them delivered and then act all innocent. Snow Queen.

We've had some unusually fluctuating temperatures around here for several months now from (fahrenheit) 20 degrees to 60's to 10 to 50's to 20 and then 70 and so on and so on within days continuously and this saturday nights gonna be 6 below zero with a 17 below wind chill which is cold and brutal enough to kill people freezing them to death and then 51 degrees on Monday as can be seen here > http://www1.whdh.com/weather/

uhoh.gif We're flatlined at about 3 C (37.4 F) for the foreseeable future. It's not even dipping below freezing at night. damned.gif
A very unusual winter up here.
No snow on the ground at all, and we've had some local flooding.
