They definitely had some unknown skills and technology back in those days to be able to construct the things they did with such precision.

I don't know if the article is correct about the details though, who could possibly verify any of it?

Possible, the simplest explanation is usually the correct one, but the fact is, there is no simple explanation for the construction techniques used in ancient monuments.
The way the stones are fitted together - with far higher precision than we are capable of, indicates they found a way to liquify or make the stone plastic-like to a certain depth within the stone.
The formula for concrete was lost after the fall of Rome, as were all standard medical instruments, and had to be reinvented.
So much we once knew has been lost to time. It leads me to believe we brought this knowledge here from somewhere else as much as intervention by other species. dunno.gif
