Post made by Smash on his thread at AE:

There is NO WAY a reflective DoS attack hits his site and leaves the webserver up and responding (with ads and a hitcounter) while all other affected sites are laying on a floor somewhere.

Post made by Rory at GLP pasted into the his thread at AE:

I just hope they can explain to me how a reflective HTTP DoS attack fails to shut down your webserver but takes the backend offline
Quoting: Rory NLI 35367616

Few hours later AE goes down and only came up once for a few hrs early yesterday morning as he was rebooting what ever shït he is using to attack the forums.

That is all.

Wouldn't you know!!! It just came back up!

I suppose I should be happy now? or is he just rebooting the DDOS "machine" again?

We'll see if it lasts more then a couple hours and we'll know for sure...

One machine can't carry out that kind of attack.

I wouldn't know about such things since I'm not a hacker and have never owned a website.

I question the general assumption that felines are inherently deficient in the area of grammar and sentence structure.
