Nobody I know is taking well to social distancing but understand it is essential to slow down the virus spreading. Shelter in place simply means social distancing and not gathering in groups, you can still go out for essentials. Anyway, most people appear to be rational about it (see linked article).

Yes, I think we should all weld our doors shut from the inside
and ask Big Brother to protect us from dangerous, dangerous
human existence, until Jesus returns.

If you ask me, none of it makes any goddamn sense.

The spread of what?
The deadly disease that leaves over 50% of the infected symptomless?

"Social distancing".
Can only roll all available eyes at these never ending, retarded buzzwords.

And 70% deaths to the elderly and immune compromized...but sure call social distancing retarded. (sarc)

It appears that people are policing themselves by 'choosing' to stay home even when government has lax social distancing rules...such as Florida.

I am actually expecting a much worse second wave, I think people are complacent and to willing to try to make up for lost time.

Yes I think the second wave will be worse as well. Schools are opening back up because the infection rate has been really slow and we just can't wait this shit out.

It's back on like Donkey Kong here.

Not really, but schools opened back up mid-May and most folks pull on their grownup britches and deal with it.

We've been through shit before.

We had a relaxation of the rules, and now a spike in hospitalizations.

The way society needs to move forward is that those at high risk should isolate, and the other 90% just live a normal life.
