Lunesta - Crazy Nightmares

posted by Loo-nesta on 31 Mar 2006 at 7:38 pm

Lunesta causes crazy nightmares. Not just regular nightmares either, I'm talkin' extremely vivid and violent nightmares. sometimes the clarity of the nightmares is scary. I've also had the repetetive recycled dream - the same dream playing over and over. Lunesta and sleeping pills in general make you crazy while you sleep. Waking up feeling sane is a good feeling though.

I never realized I was dreaming, until the little hedgehog
(cutest thing ever) crept up my sleeve. Somehow, it got
caught with a hind paw in a loose thread in there, and
sort of just dangled out of the sleeve.

Horror, since I for the life of me couldn't get the dang
thing untangled.

Can't stand watching suffering animals - had to wake
myself right up!

Weird though: I didn't notice falling asleep at all.
Was still reading the same book, on my back on my
mattress in my cell - on the second floor. Just couldn't
figure how the hedgehog got there.

Strange dream for sure. There's probably some deep symbolic meaning like people should not sleep with hedgehogs or something. chuckle.gif
