I on the other hand , think it's important to make a Difference .
like my friend Ashley here .
she shared , and made people happy .
I don't see the Bible making people happy , too much """scare ya """ stuff in it .
Ashley is a much better study .
and good to look at too .

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

In my opinion, if there was never The Bible, and someone tried to invent it in modern days, there would not be anyone intelligent enough who could come up with all the ideas and certainly not good enough to give the lessons found in the New Testament.
There's an experiment you can also try ; Bring up an adult subject and ask another adult to pass the message on to a minor. I am sure that the other adult will deliver the message in 'other words'.
I agree that the Bible may seem to have 'crap' as some people describe, and It also may be controversial but we have to now that :
1. Most of The Bible was written by non scholars, or the authors just narrated and sought the services of other people who could write to write it down.
2. It was preached and written for particular audiences.I guess that happens always even in other books. I remember looking for my old school books, tried to give them to my son to study, but his teacher told him to throw them away cause they are crap!
3. Since It was mostly preached before it was written, possibilities are that when it was written, after passing-It-on-and-on it was done in other different words if not also twisted.
“Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others, past and present, and by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.” ― David Mitchell

I would say 'interpreted' word of God, whether right or wrong.
I am puzzled : why did God need to re-write the rules after thousands and thousands of years... Change the OT rules to NT rules??
Like , an eye for an eye to. turn the other cheek???
Humanity never changed... So why did God change... especially since he is the one who claimed that he changes not?? Same today yesterday and tomorrow ??
And why he totally ignored the blacks and Asian humans on the Earth at the same time.??
I am full of questions today.... I am puzzled why did God. promise Abraham he would make his descendants the biggest and most powerful nation on earth only to be annihilated by the Romans, destroyed and dispersed??
In cringe when I think of poor Moses climbing up the harsh inclines of mount Sinai ...scuse me God, I am a bit confused.. Can you please repeat that again??? The Arabs get the oil... And we get to cut off what???

You are puzzled thinking God needs to do anything.

That's why Moses was also confused and had to go back up Mt Sinai to ask again, just in case he had misunderstood the commandment
