Great! Glad you like it. It's far better than Firefox, but based on the FF engine and a chome like interface. It's display is far better than chrome with about the same page render time.
It has most of the same plugins you can get with chrome.
Happy surfing!

Dig this
I have an Apple Macbook ( 3 of them ) that has firefox 3.6
firefox is now at 38.6
using that OLD firefox is a trip ( slow as shit too )
the old buttons are a blast from the past
but dig this even further
One of the Mac's has an old browser called " Camino "
Camino has a built in add blocker that still kicks the shit out of most
add cookies
I had never heard of Camino before .
The default Browser on Macs was Safari , WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT that one is .
it's like using a really old version of explorer , it crashes the second it begins
to load a page .
you cannot get any updates , Utilities , plugins , apps , extensions for the old Apple G3 or G4 laptops from broswers such as Firefox , like an add blocker .
so you are stuck with crashes and very slow load speed .
but watch , I'll find a way , I am looking into a dual core processor that
plugs right into the old Macbooks , and I already have 1gig memory sticks installed
so these are obsolete unless you know how to glean modern crap and build them
up for cheap .
Right now , you can buy brand new fast ass laptops for under $200 .
an HP 17inch laptop is on sale for $219 at the store down the street
none of them sold for the MSP of $489
no one wants a laptop anymore , since a Phone does almost everything they
need .

But I find phones, tablets and phablets a pain to type on. I far prefer a laptop and prolly always will.
And you are correct... Safari sucks!

Just posting this link in case anyone needs downloads to enhance
their systems .
and just to let ya know , I downloaded adblocker and my laptops are running
much faster . page load is much faster .
however , there is nothing for old Apple Macbooks of the G4 type
simply , these are no longer supported . I did get them to run faster
but jebus , the background content on the web is a traffic jam that there
may be no cure for .

Vivaldi is nice, just tried Beta 2. Nice forward thinking, WebKit based, uses Chrome plugins, displays pages better than Chrome, you can import Bookmarks and passwords from FF.
Downside, it's not quite ready for prime time, like no favicons in the bookmarks toolbar folders yet, but it's close.

I hope you have one saved one of those laptops back for a Linux Mint install. Once you get onto Linux, you'll wonder why you waited so long.
Nice to not have to worry about security, antivirus etc...

Yes I am saving the 14inch Macbook for the Linux install
but first I have to repair the Back Light inverter ( one of the five wires came loose )
and then I'll load the linux , on this machine . she loaded it with an HP OS disk
so right now , it has both OS X and Windows 7 from a HP Laptop reload disk
and 5 billion files icons all over the screen saver of media files , music and photos
can't hardly see the screen saver image for all the shortcuts she has on it .
Once I solder back that inverter wire , I can start the download from my USB
afterward .
