I really like breakfast for dinner drool.gif omelets are my favorite to make.

The scalloped potatoes turned out really well US, never made them like that before. But 450 calories/serving gaah.gif

What was the size of the serving...more than the size of a palm?

The recipe gives the serving size in weight and I'm too lazy to do the math. But I'd imagine about that yup. Two big scoops or so.

That's why I haven't made scalloped potatoes in a while, because I like to make it with cream and cheese and it's a killer.

This skinny recipe seems good.

I may try this recipe tonight (unless hubby takes me out for dinner because I am doing him a driving favor) because I just bought some fabulous gloucester and stilton cheese at a cheese deli and it will give it the rich flavour it might miss by using non-fat milk.

Low fat dairy products are disgusting! aaah2.gif I don't think there's anything involving potatoes that can be low in calories.

So, I tried this silver cleaning technique and it worked quite well...well, with some scrubbing with a toothbrush here and there.
