Just hamburger onions rice and some spices, no I didn't rinse the sauerkraut, I wanted the juices in there. I think that must be the secret to great cabbage rolls.

Spinach soup is an old Finnish classic.
Good protein and iron.
Some people even have bacon with it!

ive been making a beef curry with dried apricots added, i cook it for hours, so its really tender, the meat, then add the dried apricots for the last 45 mins.. so heavenly.. this recipe is from a Persian cook book i bought a friend.. im not posting it here cause i cant be assed, i just want to make your mouths water and maybe make a bit of drool come out..

Yeah it made me a little moist. Thankfully I just got some beef, but I'm making buckwheat wraps today.

Trying out a new spice for roast, usually for venison but I haven't any so beef it is.

3 parts chile powder, 1 part onion salt, 1 part garlic powder and 1 part ice tea crystals. I put it on a roast this morning and in the slow cooker (it's a cheap cut roast) and it smells heavenly...

My eldest bro is on his way through today, going back to the Yukon and lunch will be easy!

well, homemade burgers n baked taters...

and i guess dates.
because i was just at the store.. and was looking at a big tub o' dates, when they rolled
right out of my hands to the floor lol.
so i had to buy them.
