We will probably be having spaghetti and sausages for dinner. I usually make large batches of spaghetti sauce and/or chilli and we always have dinner ready in a pinch.

mmm... spaghetti. Pasta is one of the few wheat products I miss, but eggplant and zucchini make a great substitute.

You can do a few different things with spaghetti sauce, like make a veggie ragu, an Italian Omelete - those sort of meals. The chili is handy for tacos, chilli dogs, chilli fries, nachos...that sort of thing. Versatile for dinner and snacks. beercheer.gif

Lamb is almost impossible to find here in Georgia, but we do have a good selection of Neck Bones, Ox tails, Beef Tongue and Chicken feet.

I eat none of the above, but I do like Fat Back and Hog Jowls for seasoning in Beans.

My wife cooked Potato soup with chunks of ham in it, and homemade cornbread.

I eated two big bowls.
