Put a good tail piece of freshly caught wild (! ohm nom
nom) salmon in my heavy die cast pan with coconut fat
(no butter at home), pepper mix, lots of curry, some oregano,
seasalt of course, basil and two wee teaspoons of honey
and lemon curd. Cream and blue cheese to top it off.
Couscous and green lettuce on the side.

Absolute mouthgasm.

"Food brute" chef strikes again!

Guess it was lunch rather than dinner, though. 13.gif

Lemon curd is easy to make yourself and so delicious hyper.gif

A chipotle (/tʃɨˈpoʊtleɪ/, chi-POHT-lay; Spanish: [tʃiˈpotle]), or chilpotle, which comes from the Nahuatl word chilpoctli (meaning "smoked chili"), is a smoke-dried jalapeño. It is a chili used primarily in Mexican and Mexican-inspired cuisines, such as Mexican-American, Tex-Mex, and southwestern dishes.
