I think I've posted that bread recipe on here somewhere, I'll look for it. It's made with buckwheat and almond flour.

I use half almond flour and half buckwheat. Buckwheat is cheaper and also make the bread a little breadier imo. But I've made them with only almond flour too.

Yeah you should make those, they're great for burger buns too. Last time I made them I added grated cheese to the dough. That was really great hyper.gif

well i will look at the ingredients again before i make a shopping list.
