Funny you should mention that! I read an article yesterday that I found interesting.

Playing sounds during sleep can help you forget bad memories, study finds

We all have things we'd rather forget, whether it be your ex-partner or a particularly embarrassing moment.

Now, researchers have found that playing sounds to people while they sleep can be used to help you forget bad memories.

The team, from the University of York, hopes the findings could pave the way for techniques to help weaken traumatic and intrusive memories.

This also works with learning languages when falling asleep, it's on the same sort of par as stereograms. 

All it takes is relaxing your brain and looking through the picture. Can you see it?

Oh I had one of those "magic eye" books. I can't actually see any of them  

I have light astigmatism and I think that's what causing it.

I had an eye exam a few years back. I had this goggles on that showed different images and stuff. One was a staircase and a short red line and I was asked which step the red line crossed.

I'm like "ummm... that line is floating about two o'clock from the staircase"

They're like "oh!.... you should probably wear glasses"

I only wear reading glasses and I kinda like the way I see the world

I think I've damaged my eyes over the years staring at the sun. 

Parents should watch what their kids stare at.

By 30 I was prescribed glasses, by the time I was 30 and 1/16  I had lost them and couldn't afford anymore. 

By 40 I had got used to just seeing what I wanted to see so all became clear again.

Magic eyes are an odd one, you kind of stare at them as if your daydreaming, and the picture jumps right out at you!

i can hardly see, so I guess it does make you go blind.
