I've been in the hospital

It started out with me stretching my thigh muscle and hip flexors gently when I felt something happen in my groin and started hurting and swelled up after a few days.

Long story short, I ended up going to the hospital twice, first time in an ambulance. Had a bad infection, they're not sure what happened. I had to have surgery damned

I'm back home since yesterday, doing my best to heal and recover.

Weird shit to happen, but weird shit does happen I guess...

Merry Christmas ❤️🌲⭐

Thank you Bob! ❤️

I'm all about keeping flexible as I'm not getting any younger I noticed Bored

It was a very light stretch, but I admit I didn't warm up or anything... Rolling eyes

Warm Up Routine Before Stretching – Journey to Mobility

From your link:

Warming up increases blood flow to your muscles to help your joints move better, reducing stiffness and risk of injury.

I learned this the hard way 🙄

Which did you get the test thing shoved up your nose or the real thing shoved in your arm? If in 2021 the effects are just now starting to show themselves

What tests? You mean covid test?

I did get nothing of the kind, they don't test for that if you don't have symptoms.

They took blood samples out of my arm for all other testing.

Hi! hi

I'm doing good! I'm so healthy it's not even funny. I was on antibiotics so I'm working on rebuilding a healthy gut flora and overall healing.

Lots of berries, nuts, seeds, proteins and veggies in my diet.

No sugar, wheat or alcohol damned

I am glad you are okay. Me too, I was in the hospital three months ago too with some weird infectious colitis...and nobody to this day can tell me how or why I got it. Anyway, it's scary out there.

Power without abuse loses it's charm.
