I went back to work today. It went pretty good, better than I had expected.
It's the coming home that's the tough part
I will watch that when I get home later today. Thank you
@octo My wife of 26 years, died 8 months ago. I'm still devastated by her loss.
I lost my wife of 27 years last March. I know how you feel. It sucks but does get better.

im sure they are still with you, holding and loving you..
@white-ribbon Thanks. We had a great relationship and I'm certain she will be with me for a very long time. Does forever qualify as a very long time?

Forever is a long time, but it’s way longer that kind of connection. It’s infinite.
that kind of love is like family, an always and forever love.
Both JR and I always thought of you all as our extended family and I know he wants me to keep this forum going.
I didn't realize so many of us experienced great loss is such short period of time
Hang in there, friend.
I still smile a lot thinking of Olga, and my Kathy would have gotten her seal of approval.
Thank you
Octo, my heartfelt condolences. My father died 5 years ago and it was tough. I didn't have the family support that you can count yourself blessed to have.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
My condolences to you Gumby and Kreeper. It is said that we really never get over the grief of losing a loved one, we just learn to live with it.
Power without abuse loses it's charm.
I also got an email from Strigoi. She had to go back to her country because of a family emergency. I hope and pray everyone is safe and alive.
But unfortunately death is such an integral part of life, most of us have to deal with the loss of a loved one at some point.
@freckles
Thank you!
