Tonight is mushroom spiced hamburger with rice pilaf.

Mexican.
Lean spicy ground beef
Cheese
Quesadilla sauce
Lettuce and veggies on a buckwheat wrap.
The wraps come out crunchewy.

Last night we had Filet Mignon with beets, saffron Jasmine rice, and salad.

I have become so spoiled with filet mignon that I no longer even eat ribeye or porterhouse. I buy whole Angus beef loins when they’re on sale, about six or eight during the sale period, and dress them out to about 50 pieces of filet and about seven lbs of trim that I grind or use for stir-fry.
Two years ago I waited four months for a 24 cubic foot freezer to be delivered, and I am well stocked ever since.
My S.O. Is a non hgh/steroid bodybuilder/ personal trainer, and she can cook !!!
