It warms up Monday.
Up in the woods yesterday with Alice, I noticed the biggest bird I have ever seen, and not another single bird in the whole woods. Except over in the graveyard one mile away, a blackbird was hiding under the bush.
That big bird must of been hungry!
Its bone chilling here even if the sun is out. Who agrees we all long for the warm summer months to come back asap? 
Patience my friend. Winter solstice is on Wednesday and the light returns!

It was raining here yesterday, but we're back below freezing now at -8C
minus 8 sounds fun.
We had a couple of days above freezing so there were many snowmen born those days 
...am stuck in a cold air mass that won't budge
-30F to -40F windchills & below zero temps for 6 days now
