What a beautiful tree. Who is that up there?

Meanwhile in Finland it was a beautiful but a bit windy day

I took this pic some 20 minutes after that previous one from the same spot. Those two pedestrians are people I know so they stopped and chatted for a bit about how beautiful it was right then and there. 

@octo I went chestnut foraging today, the best ones are at the top 🙃 

They are yummy heated up on a fire with a sprinkle of sea salt!

It looks like something is in the first tree on the left, at 8:00 o clock?

I don't see it

I believe that's the stem of the tree. It's a birch so the stem is white

.. overnight got a couple inches of snow with snow on ground & draping on the trees

winter is here
