Why is this bad he stepped in a big pile if you are going to worry about what he may do then surrender if he going to use the bomb in war he will use it before war .

He has 150000 troops there not all are front line troops you have maybe 75000 to 100000 fighting taking on a country of 44000000 sure thats only 17 percent of his army he cant supply what he has there now, hitler had the same problem here and he wasnt looking to occupie would destroy the towns kill or send the ppl to camps  he had to build roads and tracks to supply his troops.

 Seeing that the stinger already there with a 93 percent effectiveness probably why he holding his air force back dont see any reason why this missile system changes anything.

The thing that changes isn't kill ratio, you're right.

What does change is the optics.

The UK is a NATO country and is the first to directly get involved.

Poland didn't dare send in those MIGs and the US said no way as well.

Putin could see this as a direct threat from NATO.

Time will tell.

The potential is there for a larger conflict and that's what I worry about.
