Chili last night, tonight and for a few days more.

I'm making chili tomorrow and it will last a few days but I'll also make tacos and machos with it because I love Mexican food and I made my own Cajun spice so it has kick.

I always make a really big pot with way too much in it. Chili with beans was the first meal I made and that was about 45 years ago. I've been cooking it since. We will bake some potatoes and put chili on them or get fries from Five Guys and put chili on them but for the most part just eat it by the bowl.
