Baked potatoes go with everything and are so easy, just cut a cross in the middle and put on oven rack (no pots or pans).
I also make lots of deviled eggs for snacks. I have perfected the perfect hardboiled egg by poking a small hole on the big end.

Hmmm, intersting. I love deviled eggs
When you poke a hole in the bottom you create an air pocket and that is what makes it easier to peel off the shell, that is if you start peeling at the air pocket.
Yeah, my daughter and her boyfriend requested deviled eggs at Christmas dinner, so I made plain, jalapeno, and Cajun because her boyfriend loves spicy. I now only make jalapeno deviled eggs because I'm getting addicted to the taste. I made like 12 d. eggs and they said it wasn't enough.
