We're roasting asparagus to have with salad and turkey breast we made last night. Spring feels! 
I tried making hard boiled eggs last night but couldn't get them to peel right so I ended up eating several yokes. Is there some kind of trick to that?

I beg to differ, I had those earlier today when making deviled eggs. 
Going to my parents for Easter dinner. That'll be the best meal I eat until Christmas.

i tested a few,and thought i was totally doomed with the eggs i bought for bringing the deviled eggs to fam dinner today.
the vid peeling trick above i put helped:it didn't totally remove shell from my unpeelable hard boiled eggs;however it DID make them peelable.
i seriously never have had unpeelable eggs like that before.thought i was going to have to throw them out.
well..soon off to that fam clan dinner.looking forward to it.
