Where I live sun rose at 4:13 am and sets 10:40pm today. It doesn't get completely dark anymore

I think I prefer all year, night and then daylight.

But it is interesting, I guess you get used to such extreme in seasons.

Today, 10 days later, sunrise was at 3:45 and sets in about 20 minutes at 23:09 (11:09pm)

It is extreme!

If you're not used to this it can really mess with your sleep cycle. It did with JR, we had to get blackout blinds for all the windows.

lol..yeah ..as back in the day JR pm'd me just to specifically describe & complain about it to me

he was at the time totally not happy with it/that..

Yeah he liked to bitch about it, but he did get a bit more used to it. We did get good quality blackout blinds though

And today is another 10 days later!

Sunrise @ 3:23 am and sunset @ 11:34 pm

20 hours and 10 minutes of daylight!

20 hours and 18 minutes of daylight today. I don't even pull my blinds in the kitchen right now. the first rays of the sun hits my bedroom door and I can approximately tell what time it is by the angle and color of the light which at this time of the year means I can sleep for another couple of hours
